She was a good penguin. Her parents were strict and never let her out at night, but most importantly, they NEVER EVER would let her out to the forest, whether it was day or night, they didn't care if the world depended on it. They intended to raise their little penguin as a well educated success, and atleast that she got through her childhood in one piece.
One crisp, cold day Lily went to eat some Pizza with her friends. At that time, she didn't notice that the pizza parlour was the last building near the forest.
Sunddenly, she received a call from her parents. "Leave there immediantly and go somewhere more safe!" they said. She explained that maybe they could go somewhere else but the Plaza. After ignoring her they started talking about the latest styles in the gift shop. "I saw one penguin wearing that pink fluffy coat!" said one. "I saw one with a puffed up hairdo!" said the other. Lily said she had to go, even though she promised to eat a pizza marathon with them. Lily's friends took it the wrong way and got offended. "Are you trying to avoid us?" said one. "Yeah, if you have other things to do apart from hang with us, then go ahead, by my guest, but I promise you you won't be our friend ever again," said the other.
Some angry penguin was upset with his pizza at starting throwing a hocus pocus tanty. Lily's two friends were looking, and while their heads were turned, Lily sneaked out.
Into the cold air she went, wondering what exactly was in the Forest, she took a step, then another. She sweated abit but was curious of what to find in the depths of the forest. She wondered if she'd see any monsters from the monster maker 3000 she'd heard about on the news. She imagined making her own monster in the monster maker 3000 lab. She laughed as she imagined a fine blue furry monster wearing a tutu and some comm shoes. "Wouldn't that be a beauty!" she said out loud. Afew penguins were staring at her but she didn't care. She had to admit that monster making was fun but that didn't stop her from thinking about what her parents had warned her. "They won't know a thing," she said walking into the forest, relaxed...
But little did she know, she'd never see her parents again.
She sat down on a rock and read book. All was silent. Too silent. But she didn't worry... yet. She continued reading until she heard something.
She heard it again.
And again.
... and again, but this time louder, closer...
She got up from off her comfy spot on the rock.
"Hello?" she said, her voice trembling.
No reply.
The noise sounded again. Closer.
"Hello!!!!????" she called again.
Suddenly a current of wind shuffled through the rough air.
"Brrrggh!!" she mumbled.
Rustle, rustle, rustle.
The noise again! This time it was closer than ever... behind her?
She slowly turned closing her eyes hoping nothing would happen.
She opened her eyes to see nothing at all but trees, snow and rocks.
...
"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!" someone shouted.
A figure jumped out at her, faster then a flash, faster than she could blink.
She almost fainted.
She screamed.
And without a hullaballoo, started waddling rapidly, turbo, extreme.
She didn't even know who - or what the figure was.
It jumped infront of her.
"Hey! Don't be scared!" it said
